Hatha Yoga is an ancient system of movement and breath designed to strengthen and purify all the systems of the body. Regular practice develops strength and flexibility of the body, clarity of the mind, and revitalization of the the spirit. Suitable and adaptable to all ages, levels of experience, and physical conditions, it is a perfect complement to chiropractic care.

Dr. Debra’s Classes

Dr. Babcock  has been a certified yoga teacher since 1989 teaching yoga in the United States, Europe, and India. She began the study and practice of hatha yoga in 1979, began studying  Anusara Yoga, in 1989. and has studied extensively in the Iyengar, and Ashtanga traditions, as well. She has been a meditation and yogic philosophy student of Gurumayi Chidvilasananda since 1986, and her classes honor both the Hatha Yoga tradition as well as the philosophical and spiritual traditions of Siddha Yoga.
